COVID-19
At Kingsway Dental, we consider the safety and health of our patients and staff as our utmost priority. Given the current global COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra measures to help arrest the spread such as:
· Encouraging patients to use the hand sanitiser located at our reception area
· Temporarily removing items that may be difficult to disinfect such as toys
· Requiring any staff who have been overseas to self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival in Australia
· Continuing to follow a high standard in infection control
Given the dynamic nature of the situation, rest assured that we are closely monitoring and following guidelines as set by the Department of Health. If you have questions or concerns regarding COVID-19, please call the Department of Health and Human Services Coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398 or visit https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/Infectious/diseases/Pages/coronavirus.aspx for up-to-date info. Please keep Triple Zero (000) for emergencies only.

I have an upcoming appointment. What should I do?
If you have returned from any overseas travel in the last 14 days, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days from your arrival in Australia. Please contact us at (02) 9981 3233 to arrange your new appointment. If you develop a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath within your period of self-isolation, please call your GP or the Department of Health and Human Services Coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398. When you call, inform them of your travel history.
Even if you did not travel overseas, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment to 2 weeks later if you are feeling unwell. If you develop any flu-like symptoms, please call your GP or emergency department first for advice.
